Framo (FRAMER): background
Framo is an end-to-end eyewear e-commerce iOS app built with SwiftUI, focused on virtual try-on. The UI brand is FRAMER with the tagline "Try on glasses virtually." The app requires ARKit face tracking and follows an MVVM architecture across ~70 Swift files.
Users flow from splash and onboarding through login, then browse products across Home, Cart, Wishlist, and Profile tabs. The catalog covers sunglasses, prescription, blue light, and designer frames with search, hot sales, and recently viewed items. The standout feature is LiveTryOnView: real-time AR glasses placement using ARFaceTrackingConfiguration and RealityKit, loading USDZ 3D models with IPD-based scaling, face width, bridge width, and frame recommendations — plus manual size, move, depth, and rotate controls.
Shopping includes cart with variant/color support, wishlist, and order history. Checkout integrates Stripe with shipping forms, delivery notes, and stock validation. Auth uses Firebase with email/password, Keychain session storage, and forgot-password flow. Profile supports photo upload and account management. Push notifications run through Firebase Cloud Messaging, with English and German localization.
