Aegis CMS

Aegis CMS is a web-based customer management system built for organisations that deliver ISO and compliance certification services. It gives consultancy firms a single place to manage the full client lifecycle — from first enquiry through proposal, certification delivery, payment collection, and ongoing follow-up.

The platform is organised around key business roles. Sales executives capture and manage leads with details such as company information, certification standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others), accreditation bodies (UKAS, JAS-ANZ, SCC), service coverage (training, internal audit, gap analysis), signed fees, and urgency. Managers can oversee the sales team, view client portfolios, and monitor pipeline status across accounts.

Each client record includes a detailed profile with activity history, follow-up scheduling, payment logs, document uploads (signed proposals and supporting files), and proposal generation. Notifications keep teams informed of new leads, payments, audit dates, and outstanding actions. Role-based access supports admins, operational managers, consultants, sales staff, collection teams, and clients — so everyone works from the same system with the right level of visibility.

Built with React, Firebase, and a modern dashboard UI, Aegis CMS is designed to replace scattered spreadsheets and email threads with a structured, auditable workflow for certification consultancies operating across multiple industries and regions.
